File Naming Scheme:

The Ancillary Transcription files are named following the naming convention as follows:

DocumentType_TRNSCP_SPID_PROFILENUM_VISITNUM_CREATEDT_CREATETM_SEQUENCE

DocumentType may be one of: "RAD", "LAB", "RESP" "DIET", "PT", "CS", "EKG" or "MISC".

An example of this naming convention:

RAD_TRANSCP_1_12345678_123456_20230101_12000000_1234
