File Naming Scheme:

The POC Reports files are named following the naming convention as follows:

Active Reports

POC_ReportType_SPID_PROFILENUM_ARID_VISITNUM_DATE_TIME

Clinical History Reports

POC_ReportType_CH_SPID_PROFILENUM_ARID_VISITNUM_DATE_TIME

ReportType may be one of: "24", "CCF", "DFS1", "DI", "DP", "DS", "EDUC", "GR2", ""GR3", "GR4", "II", "MAR", "MAR2", "MOR", "MR", "NA", "NN", "PA", "PAF", "PAR", "PL", "PS", "PCA", "SG", "SS", "TF".
