File Naming Scheme:

The VDMS files are named following the naming convention as follows:

VDMS_SPID_PROFILE_VISIT_METADATA (includes description/title and/or folder and file type)_CREATIONDATE_CREATIONTIME_DMS-ID_DOCUMENT_ID (representing the unique key)

An example of this naming convention:

VDMS_1_12345678_123456_TitleExtension_20230101_12000000_123456_123456

Detailed File Format:

The file output consists of document and image file types contained by the DMS system
